Our offices come fully furnished along with a full time receptionist, coffee service, and parking with plug-ins. The offices are equipped with a phone as well as internet service. The office will have three phone lines, two that will ring to the receptionist as well as a private line that rings directly to the office. The offices are spacious with Alaska windows that allow natural light as well as ventilation. Our offices are 11' x 16' with separate secure locks. Two keys will be provided that will allow access to the main building door, entry door to Fairbanks Professional Center, as well as your individual office. | |
| Another service provided as part of conference room or office rental is access to our free, convenient parking facility. There are restaurants, businesses, hotels including the Springhill Suites which is two blocks away, and shopping centers all located within walking distance of our facility. The parking spaces have individual plug-ins and you will have your own dedicated space. Our parking lot is located on the North-East corner of Cushman Street and Fourth Avenue, two blocks away from the Borough MACS Transit Park. One wall of the parking lot has a mural that projects the Alaskan scenery (as seen in photo). |

Another one of the many services we offer is access to our conference room. It is equipped with a projector, as well as multiple hardwired phone and internet capabilities. There is comfortable seating for 8 with room for more. Also included in conference room rental is complimentary beverage service, working sink, and access to a small refrigerator in the room. The conference room will provide plenty of room to display your materials. A projector with a screen will also be provided. This room is ideal for presentations, meetings, interviews, and other on-site functions. |
